These terms apply to Lume, the European Portuguese learning app provided by LOGICLEAP LTD. Our privacy policy explains personal information processing.

Using the app

Use the app lawfully for personal learning. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not access others' accounts, interfere with the service or redistribute protected content without permission. You must be at least 13; if you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree to your use.

Learning and AI

Lessons and AI assistance support practice. We do not guarantee a proficiency level, exam outcome or the accuracy of every AI response. Usage limits and available features are shown in the app and may depend on your plan.

Purchases

If subscriptions are available, the app shows Apple's current price, duration, benefits and any eligible trial before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Restore purchases in the app using the purchasing Apple account. Refund requests follow Apple's process and your statutory rights. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription.

Licence and availability

Apple's standard EULA applies to the iOS app. We or our licensors retain intellectual property rights. We may maintain or update the service and suspend access for abuse. Where practical we will explain material service changes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your consumer rights.
